The customer may without charge cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the item has not been dispatched when the customer requests the cancellation.

Light Bulbs and Fluorescent tubes - Next Day delivery Orders for all First Light Direct products must be with us by 12 Noon and is only available on request. Various exceptions apply in particular fluorescent tubes.

Days shown for delivery are working days and therefore exclude all UK public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
