This Voyager matt black tapered single pendant has a simple, classic look which can be used as a single pendant or in multiples to create a unique look for any room. The matt black metal tapered shade has four clear glass panels, which house an attractive centrally positioned lamp holder to provide a clear source of light for any room. Height adjustable via the black metal chain, this pendant can be adapted to suit different rooms and ceiling heights.

Stock - If an Item is currently out of stock we shall endeavour to contact the customer within 24 Hours of the order being placed, to advise the exact deliver window in which the item may be expected to be received. The customer may without charge cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the item has not been dispatched when the customer requests the cancellation.

Light Bulbs and Fluorescent tubes - Next Day delivery Orders for all First Light Direct products must be with us by 12 Noon and is only available on request. Various exceptions apply in particular fluorescent tubes.

Days shown for delivery are working days and therefore exclude all UK public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

All of our carriers deliver up to 6.30pm each working day, unfortunately we can’t set a timed delivery for you, nor can we contact the delivery drivers.

On Delivery of all Orders You Should do the following;

Immediately on delivery it is essential that you check the goods to ensure that they are correct and not damaged. You are required to contact us within 24 hours of arrival should the goods be either incorrect or damaged.

In the case of incorrect goods these shall be checked against our real time stock system to ascertain the necessary information, and we shall contact you immediately to arrange either collection or delivery of replacement goods.
