The tubular ribbed clear and opal glass shade is clamped firmly in place by a black metal base and meets all the safety requirements to operate safely away from direct water sprays. This item has a rating of IP44, meaning that it is fully splash proof and suitable for use in a bathroom setting. LED's use up to 75% less energy and last up to 20 times longer than incandescent bulbs, making this an energy efficient way to illuminate a room.
