The Turcona-Z LED ceiling light from the Connect. Z Smart home range is made from white metal and has a square white plastic cover. The ceiling light has a distinctly high-end look with its frameless design and concealed ceiling mount, which creates a floating effect. The integrated LEDs produce a pleasant light that can be adjusted as required. You can choose between warm white, neutral white and cool white light, as well as a wide range of RGB colours. The light is controllable using a free app (AwoX HomeControl), which also offers other features such as brightness adjustment, timer operation, presence simulation and many more. The ceiling light uses Bluetooth and ZigBee 3.0 and can operate using compatible voice assistants. The Smart ceiling light is controllable with a remote control that is purchased separately. The product blends seamlessly into modern interiors, creating the right mood in any space, whether it’s the kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway or office.

Stock - If an Item is currently out of stock we shall endeavour to contact the customer within 24 Hours of the order being placed, to advise the exact deliver window in which the item may be expected to be received. The customer may without charge cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the item has not been dispatched when the customer requests the cancellation.

Light Bulbs and Fluorescent tubes - Next Day delivery Orders for all First Light Direct products must be with us by 12 Noon and is only available on request. Various exceptions apply in particular fluorescent tubes.

Days shown for delivery are working days and therefore exclude all UK public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Customer should note that should a pallet be required to undertake the delivery additional costs will be incurred and these shall need to be paid by the customer prior to any release of goods.

All of our carriers deliver up to 6.30pm each working day, unfortunately we can’t set a timed delivery for you, nor can we contact the delivery drivers.

On Delivery of all Orders You Should do the following;

Immediately on delivery it is essential that you check the goods to ensure that they are correct and not damaged. You are required to contact us within 24 hours of arrival should the goods be either incorrect or damaged.

In the case of incorrect goods these shall be checked against our real time stock system to ascertain the necessary information, and we shall contact you immediately to arrange either collection or delivery of replacement goods.
