Having bought the Kichler Chandelier in the sale I was contacted by the customer service team to let me know that this item was actually no longer in stock, but they were sourcing another from the manufacturer. I was kept up to date with the progress and was quickly shipped the item once they had sourced it. I was so impressed they went to this trouble, as they could easily have refunded me having run out of stock.
The chandelier was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. It's yet to be put up , but it will be a stunning feature for our dinning room. I'm very grateful to whoever went to the trouble of getting this beautiful item for me.
